Executive Chairman and a founding shareholder – with over 20 years oil & gas experience and most notably Executive Chairman & Founding Director of Nexus Energy Ltd from listing (2007 to 2012), Michael also has 25 years financial services experience including Founding partner of MaxCap, one of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders for commercial property.  In addition to his Pathfinder role, Michael is currently Chairman of Corsair Investment Management, also an Australian real estate debt investment manager.

Director and founding shareholder of Pathfinder, Michael has over 30 years’ experience in corporate, commercial, banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions law in mining, oil & gas and a former partner Norton Rose Australia. Michael is Chairman of ASX listed NRW Holdings Limited and also a Non-Executive Director of Archipelago Metals Limited and Queensland Energy Resources.
